Liora Moon respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we store it, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

What We Collect
When you use AI chat, daily draw, or dream readings, we process: your question text, conversation history, draw results (to save your readings). We do not collect sensitive data like ID numbers or bank accounts.
How We Use It
Only for: (1) providing core reading/AI/history features; (2) improving product quality (anonymized analytics); (3) responding to your support requests. We do not use your content to train public AI models.
Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies/local storage to maintain login state and language preference. With your consent (cookie banner), we may also use: analytics (PostHog, Google Analytics 4), error monitoring (Sentry), and advertising (Google AdSense, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel). These load ONLY after you accept — rejecting keeps them fully off, and you can withdraw anytime in Settings. Without consent, your browsing is not shared with any external analytics or ad network.
Ad & measurement telemetry: with your consent, some Meta Pixel events are forwarded server-side to Meta via our configured Conversions API Gateway (capig.datah04.com) for ad performance measurement; Google AdSense communicates with its traffic-quality domain (*.adtrafficquality.google) and measurement host (csi.gstatic.com) while serving ads, for viewability measurement and anti-fraud. This telemetry is active only after you accept cookies.
Your Rights
You can at any time: (1) view/edit your profile; (2) export/delete your reading history; (3) withdraw analytics consent; (4) delete your account. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Storage & Cross-border
Most of your personal data (reading history, favorites, settings) is stored only in your browser's local storage — you can export or delete it anytime in Settings. Our servers keep only anonymous quota counters, hosted on self-managed servers in Singapore. We do not sell your data. We share only with: your explicit consent / legal requirements / necessary vendors (payment, email).
Minors
This service is not for children under 13. If we discover minor data, we will delete it.
Policy Changes
Material changes will be announced via in-app notification and email (if applicable). Continued use means acceptance.
